Though I have not met with Marcela during my stay, she was a perfect host, always available via AirBnB or phone. The room was high-end and remembered me more of a four or five star hotel (with a fantastic bathroom, literally stuffed with towels of all sizes, lots of extra blankets for the super-comfy bed and a multimedia-TV with Google-TV and Netflix-access and a welcome basket containing water and small snacks). The kitchen, which could be used by all guests of the three available rooms, was also top-notch. Fridge was loaded with free sodas and water. Not to be beaten is the proximity to NRG stadium/Astrodome. After a concert there I was back in the room in 20 minutes walking time. Although I chose Marcelas property because of this proximity to NRG stadium, it also is suitable for visits downtown. Light rail (Red Line) is two blocks away and brings you in less than 30 minutes conveniantly (and cheap: day-pass 3 dollar) to all downtown attractions. Will certainly book again!

We really love Marcela’s place. The giant bathtub was so relaxing and the bed was really comfortable. Everything was impeccably clean too. It was close to so many restaurants. I look forward to staying again when I’m in the area!

Loved my stay here, the house is beautiful and it’s right off the highway so it’s easy access to anywhere really. Will definitely book again next time I’m in town.
