Very accommodating for large groups. I love the fact everyone had their own on-suite bathroom as well and there were three king size bed suites on the first floor. We had two older generation family members who needed rooms on the first floor so that helped alot. The game room was a big plus for the kids. Had a ton of things to do in the space. With such a large group, there were two refrigerators and microwaves which is what we needed with the grocery stock and number of guests. Wal-Mart and Chick fil-a is a less than five minute drive. A great breakfast diner is around the corner as well. Vacation community that is updated so the neighborhood is friendly.

Due to being cancelled the day of Check-in at 2pm with VRBO, and no resolution with their customer service. We had to scramble and find another property immediately on AirBnB. We booked this wonderful property the same day. The host was immediately responsive and helped us with check-in instructions, and gate access to the community. We requested to have the hot tub and pool heated, they had it heated before our arrival two hours later. Even had a technician come out and ensure everything was working properly the same day. Wonderful large house with multiple rooms and beds. It was more than enough space. Plenty of kitchenware and cookware to help satisfy us for a couple days. I would highly recommend this property for anyone that has a large or multiple families. We are so thankful and we are definitely going to be back next year. Thank you, Amanda. 👍🏼 5+ Star rating.

Very happy with our stay. 35 family members age 1-87. 4 bedrooms down accommodated family that couldn’t climb stairs. Upstairs laid out nicely w/bedrooms at perimeter & center for media room & pool table. Half bath downstairs was used a lot. Kitchen was fantastic. Huge island. 2 of everything. Refrigerators, microwaves, coffee pots, dishwashers, Keurig’s. Mini frig in one bedroom was great for bottle babies, also a wine frig upstairs w/the pool table. 2 irons, several baby items. With 35 people, things came up during our stay, & Adriana quickly responded & resolved issues. Brand new dining furniture delivered. It’s obvious she is working hard to make this place great for guests. Fresh paint, & soft blankets. Suggestion for future guests- bring heavier blankets if you get cold. AC works well, but kids & elderly got too cold. Also, ask about HOA parking rules. Towing happens alot in the neighborhood. Don’t park in street/across sidewalk even if standing with the car. $125-wrecker scam.
