We are conveniently located just a few minutes from UC Riverside, Downtown Riverside /Mission Inn and Riverside Convention Center. This charming, 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom, home has been designed for groups. We can accommodate 16 guests. However, pricing is for 8 guests. Be sure to enter the correct number of guests for accurate pricing. Additional guests require approval & extra fee. This beautiful home boasts newer furnishings, including 9 Smart HDTV’s. Amenities include: A/C, heat, 6 Queen Beds, 3 Twin beds, indoor dining for 20 guests, outdoor dining, WiFi, BBQ Grill, washer, dryer, & much more. No pets. See pictures for details. There are SIX bedrooms and TWO full bathrooms. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, Smart TV and a private attached bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and Smart TV. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and Smart TV. Bedroom #4 has a queen bed and Smart TV. Bedroom #5 (upstairs) has a queen bed and Smart TV and a twin bed. Bedroom #6 has a queen bed and Smart TV. There is a game room with 2 twin beds, a Ping Pong Table and a large Smart TV This is a quiet residential community. No parties or events please.

House was perfect looks exactly like the pictures host was very helpful
This house is massive, much bigger than I expected based on the pictures. It was also clean and simple exactly what my group and I were looking for.
Very nice place.
We were the first ones to stay here. The house was perfect for our family get together - tons of space and a great backyard. There were a couple issues since it was new but nothing that ruined the experience. The ping pong table was missing equipment but they were able to have a new set delivered on our first night. We would definitely stay here again!
