Off the main living area is the full kitchen with pantry/laundry area, library/den and 3 large en-suite bedrooms. The Master Bedroom contains a walk-in wardrobe with beautifully appointed carpentry providing ample and organized space for hanging clothes and storing luggage. The luxurious Master Bathroom contains no-step double shower space and double vanities. The real highlight of this space is the elegant jetted clawfoot bathtub giving this bathroom the ultimate 5 star experience. Each of the bedrooms contain their individual en-suite bathrooms, closet spaces and air-conditioning units. The 'School Room', a dedicated workspace where the owners home-schooled their children, is located off the kitchen area. Coco Market also offers a variety of food types & food-truck-style options in a fun and quaint setting. Their exit is conveniently located right across the road from the house. There is a quaint organic fruit and veg store (La Granja) located 600 mts from the house (out of house, turn left, 6th street on the right). Then a little further past the 7th street on the right, here is a convenience store, laundromat, Cafe and pharmacy all located at the base of PH Le Mare building. There is also the option of a large supermarket (Super99) a further two blocks up from La Granja. The biggest and most beautiful public park in Panama City is Parque Omar. The main park access is on Via Porras, which is close to the property, however, there is a back entrance to the park from the affluent neighborhood of Altos De Golf, which is just 800 meters from the house. Therefore, if you are feeling adventurous you can walk or jog there from the property. The route there will take you past the multi-million dollar mansions of Panama's wealthy elite. The park itself has a 3.8K loop trail inside its perimeter. Making it a 5.4K round trip to and from the house. Be careful crossing the busy Avenida Cincuentenario on the way. A 6-7 min Uber ride away will take you to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of historic Panama Viejo. 'Panama Viejo' are the archeological ruins of original Panama City established in 1516 by the first European Settlers. Open Tuesday - Sunday, 8.30am to 4.30pm. Casco Antiguo, the heartbeat of Panama City's nightlife.
