Perfect house for a large team in town for a conference at Gaylord Rockies. I searched maps and guessed a lot so I'll tell you now - The answer is YES - it's 5-7 minutes away. I think like a $8 uber ride if you don't want to pay $30/day conference parking. We had more than enough space to spread out and work, decompress etc. It was cleaner than most hotel rooms so you don't feel like you're compromising your teams traveling experience (but you get to save a LOT of money!) Easy access to grocery and some cute local restaurants when you need an escape from conference food. To get home, home + rental car return + check in the big booth to security was 30-45 minutes. But security at Denver is no joke - give yourselves time. Fnex was an absolute delight to work with - super responsive and accommodating when a team member wanted to get in a little early. Highly recommend!!
