With original vintage décor and lofty 12-foot ceilings, our cozy haven offers a nostalgic escape for up to 6 guests. Take in stunning views from your private rooftop deck, or explore the vibrant downtown nightlife just steps away. And when it's time to hit the beach, a short drive brings you to sun-drenched shores. Embrace the charm of yesteryears and book your stay today for a truly unforgettable experience! Our fantastic space is curated with authentic knick-knacks, decorations, light fixtures, and furniture from the 70's and 80's, which is what gives it it's unique vibe! We have an original 1983 working Ms. Pacman arcade cabinet, a vintage ceramic and glass panther coffee table, and tons of other interesting and unique pieces! You'll have private access to the roof deck at the top of the stunning LED lit floating staircase. The second bedroom doubles as a private working space and can be configured as either a desk or two flip down twin beds. There is a queen size air mattress available for an additional two guests if you need to sleep 6 total guests.

Great stay close to downtown Pensacola
Me and my husband got to stay here for our first vacation together. We felt it was so spacious and beautiful. Felt really comfortable there and in a good area. Not far from downtown or the beach and made it super convenient. Plus Jonathan was extremely helpful with recommendations and was a great communicator. The only thing we could see as a pro/con was the skylight in the bedroom. We’d be awake when the sun came up and it was honestly refreshing (pro for us) so if you look to sleep in.. a sleeping mask would fix that. But overall, i would definitely book here again. Best bnb i have stayed in for sure and hope to book it again. 🩵
Really enjoyed our stay at the launchpad. It was clean and decorated nicely! Quiet area, walking distance to parks! Short drive to beach! Would stay here again!
My family and I enjoyed staying at Jonathan & Darina’s place. First, Jonathan was very responsive; we had clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and he was always cordial. The house is beautifully decorated, with a fantastic view from the rooftop (even more beautiful than the pics). The towels and bedding were very comfortable; the kitchen was well-equipped, and we cooked breakfast and dinner almost every day of our stay. The location could not be better; the street is quiet and peaceful, within walking distance from Palafox Street (tons of options for restaurants, bars, coffee, and ice cream places), and only a 16-minute drive from Pensacola Beach. This house exceeds my expectations; if you want an excellent location in Pensacola, don’t hesitate to book Jonathan & Darina’s place!
Unload up front take your car around back and you don’t have to see it again until you are ready to leave. In walking distance to everything DT! We strolled the .5mile into town enjoyed Gallery Night & walked back.Very safe. Walked to Blue Wahoo game & back. We left game early so we could see the fireworks from our rooftop!!!! 🥂 Amazingly you hear no noise from the stadium game nights. We were able to get our excise in walking thru the lovely neighborhood. We also got a little surprise from the balcony one afternoon as the Blue Angels flew by! 😍 The bed and bedding was perfection. Large spacious shower/tub combo, great water pressure. Included are all the comforts of home, plenty of towels, plenty of blankets. Being able to use ourNetflix & Hulu one cold foggy morning was a bonus. Daily we had our coffee watched the sun come up on the roof, went to the beach, came home, cleaned up and visited many of the local restaurants. Located on the Western side of Downtown Pensacola in the Tanyard neighborhood, walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants, the newly renovated and reopened Bruce Beach, and the famous foodie destination, Joe Patti's Seafood Market. Hop on the ferry downtown for a trip out to Pensacola Beach or head to the Wahoo's stadium to catch a game. Corinne Jones Park is right across the street and has playground equipment and basketball courts.
Guests have access to one private parking space at the rear of the building and free public street parking on Clubbs street at the front of building. It's a 15 minute walk to Palafox street, and a 15-20 minute drive to Pensacola Beach.

I love Sci-Fi, Space Travel, and all things retro tech and design! I decided to build this house in downtown Pensacola and to make it a little bit different than the standard fare. I'm so excited about how it turned out and hope to give guests an experience they can't find anywhere else on the Panhandle!
