Large bright studio, quiet, just renovated, the Evasion offers a peaceful setting with natural and contemporary decoration creating a warm atmosphere. Ideally located 150 m from the lake, in a secure residence with elevator, on the 3rd floor, large balcony terrace, private underground parking and bicycles available. At the end of the street are all shops! The historic center is ten minutes walk, the lake 3 minutes. Sleeps 2 people With a large balcony, opposite the street, here you are quiet. The spacious fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, basic condiments, many water glasses, white and red wine, champagne flutes, beer glasses) will allow you to cook like at home and offer you beautiful romantic evenings. Fondue and raclette machines provided. The large 140 flat screen HD TV has an articulated arm to watch while eating or in bed. The bathroom with walk-in shower is equipped with a washer-dryer and a drying rack. The balcony is equipped with outdoor garden furniture.

Excellent séjour. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, avec un beau balcon, un parking et deux vélos disponibles. Il est idéalement situé avec accès à la vieille ville et au lac à pied. Merci à Caroline pour son accueil et sa sympathie. Je recommande.
Excellent logement, facile d’accès et proche du lac d’Annecy. Le logement est spacieux, très lumineux et avec un superbe agencement. Caroline a été réactive à l’ensemble des messages, avec des recommandations et des instructions très claires. Je vous remercie de nouveau pour ce séjour très agréable, nul doute que nous reprendrons ce logement si nous repassons dans cette si belle ville.
Caroline’s appartment is beautiful and decorated with great taste. The appartment is in a quiet area, but close both to the lake and the city center. The bed was really comfortable! The kitchen is well equipped to cook and we also used the bikes to go for a ride. Caroline gave us good recommendations of things to do a places to eat. We enjoyed our stay in her appartment!

Parmelan district, it is the most popular area of Annecy because it is located close to the lake, the hyper center, small shops and Galeries Lafayettes and their many restaurants. You can move on foot, by bike, by bus, everything is within your reach from your residence.
Local shops are at the end of your street, avenue du Parmelan (bakery, butcher, fishmonger, oyster bar, wine shop, pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket).

Je suis Caroline, j'habite et travaille sur Annecy dans le tourisme. J'adore les voyages, (j'ai longtemps vécu à l'étranger) et pratique de nombreuses activités de plein air et suis fan de yoga.
