Super nice and cozy ng place and very accommodating si host especially sa mga questions and queries ng client and super enjoy ang place 🥰💙
Nice unit but can be improved especially the broken tile inside the CR. For the building naman, grabe the lobby was too crowded or timing lang na ang daming naka-check-in kasi pati yung pagpasok sa Azure ang hirap. We spent a good 10 minutes kasi the cars were jampacked. Host is also slow to respond but it's fine since we were able to check-in smoothly naman :) I had to follow-up pa for the security deposit to be returned. Maybe kapag hindi holiday mas maayos sa Azure :)
Issues encountered 1. Host Ana is unresponsive, not answering my calls not even once. I also heard from the cleaner that she was also complaint for not answering calls from previous guest. And even the cleaner agreed that she really is hard to reach specially on urgent needs of the guest. The other cleaner also who is in charge to clean unit 2533 also confirmed that she is hard to reach. 2. The adjacent unit has access (door) to our unit, thus made us feel unsecured, it is even unlock so the other guest accidentally opened the door to our surprise. 3. The host claimed that we didn't informed them that we have pets, but it is duly indicated with our booking request which they confirmed. Moreso it is even noted in their house rule that they are allowing us to bring our pets. According to them it is only a miscommunication, which i disagree.
