Excellent stay for 6 of us. The entire places is very up-to-date with very nice appliances and fixtures. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. The bathrooms are updated, and the mini-splits everywhere give great temperature control of the individual rooms and common areas. Would definitely stay again if back in Rutland!

This home was absolutely beautiful and tastefully done! It had everything we needed for our stay except a wine opener :-) it was about 25 mins from Killington . We will definitely stay again!

Notes, that may be relevant to you: 1.) I cannot imagine this sleeping more than 5, two adults each in the bedrooms, and maybe 1 on the futon (which is not comfortable). Definitely not for 7 advertised. 2.) The kitchen is on a raised platform, so it makes the space unsafe for toddlers and not accessible for those who need a handrail for steps. 3.) This was clearly flipped to be a rental, which has its pros and cons. Pro is that it's stylishly decorated. Con is that it was not designed for liveablity, ex: the tiled shower is not very useable. The shower head sprays into one of the sides such that makes it feel quite cramped/unenjoyable to wash and rinse. 4) The kitchen appliances are new and high quality, but there is very little else. If you are planning to cook, I'd bring your own pots/pans etc. 5.) It is quite sparse. They didn't even have a shovel during VT winter. 6.) The rental company is garbage. They have a texting bot that spits out useless answers. Not local, or even human.

Brand new house with some paint smell. You may find a centipede or spider in the room and the host won’t do anything about it.

The interior décor exuded rustic charm, perfectly complementing the natural beauty of the surroundings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring.
