The spacious living room has three plush couches for you to kick back and relax after a day by the pool, along with a Smart TV. You will find chic décor throughout this entire home. Adjacent is the office, where you can set up your remote office and have the perfect workcation. There is also a futon in the office. The chef’s kitchen has it all, fully stocked with a giant island with four barstools and all stainless-steel appliances. Adjacent is the dining room. This stunning table has views of the lake and can accommodate up to six comfortably. The primary bedroom is located off of the living room. This spacious room has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and a set of sliding glass doors to the backyard with plenty of space for you to unwind after a day of adventure. The primary bathroom has a large walk-in closet, dual vanities, and an enormous walk-in shower with a detachable showerhead. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds with plenty of closet space for your personal belongings. The second bathroom has an updated vanity with a shower/tub combo. Down the hall is the third bedroom with a queen-size bed and a walk-in closet. Attached is the third bathroom with an updated vanity and a walk-in shower. The outdoor awaits! This stunning home has unobstructed views of the gorgeous lake. There is ample outdoor seating, a couch and chairs, a high-top table, Adirondack chairs, and plenty of chaise lounges. Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No Pets. Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.  Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge. The Clubhouse and Amenities are being built and is scheduled for completion Friday, July 28th. There will be a Clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobics studio, splash park, a large resort style community pool, a playground, a sports court, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball courts and much more. The Bocce Ball courts will be located on the back side of the Town Center, near the pools. See the diagram below. The pools at the Town Center will be open from dawn to dusk, following Department of Health regulations. The Fitness Center will be available 24 hours, seven days a week. The tennis court will be illuminated for nighttime play. Due to the noise associated with Pickleball, play is only permissible from 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM; the pickleball courts will not be lit. The mailboxes will be lit using the lights from the adjacent parking lot. The General Contractor anticipates completing the Town Center sometime between April and June.
