The 3 separate units that will be available to guest will include: A duplex, Cabin 45B which offers a small kitchenette with stainless steal refrigerator, wine-cooler, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, small dining area, Tv, WiFi, King Sized bed and full bathroom with a Walk-in Shower Bluetooth speaker overhead as well. This cabin shares a common wall with the next unit available to guest; Cabin 59D which offers a small kitchenette with stainless steal refrigerator, wine-cooler, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, small dining area, Tv, WiFi, Queen Sized bed and full bathroom with a Walk-in Shower Bluetooth speaker overhead as well. The final unit accessible to guest will be Cabin 69E that sits separately from the Main House and duplex, this cabin will offer guest a small kitchenette with stainless steal refrigerator, wine-cooler, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, small dining area, electric fireplace, Tv, WiFi, King Sized bed and full bathroom with a tub shower. Apart from the units, guest will have access to the Fire-pit located in the center of all 4 buildings. Perfect for everyone to come back together and enjoy a nice BBQ, S’Mores outdoor activities under the stars, or just admire the beautiful and peaceful atmosphere that is the Texas Hill Country. This is a gated property that sits only 7-10 minutes away from the 290 E Highway where you’ll find lots of Wineries, and a quick 10-15 minutes from Downtown Fredericksburg.
