We stayed for three months from January 1st 2024. Had the most wonderful time. The house is beautiful, and just like the photos. Rooftop was very large, and we spent many hours there sitting, reading and just relaxing. Fun to watch the local kids playing football or roller blading at the Five a side pitch across the way. Beautiful views of the surrounding hillsides and the sea. All the neighbours were very pleasant and always greeted us with a smile. Perfect location for the Bus Station. We travelled daily across the island using the buses, and enjoyed the rides as much as the destinations. Naima was extremely helpful on the one occasion i had to contact her. She got back to me within the hour, and made sure everything was sorted with excellent efficiency. I highly recommend this property for any length of stay.

the place was clean, instruction perfect, the flat is up some stairs and lower in town. without a car it is difficult the hill is very steep but everything else was fine

I didn't meet Naima, she was nice in writing. The apartment is as in the pictures and was clean. It was a bit difficult for us to find it, because the maps point are not exactly where the apartment is, and we couldn't find any street signs. It was strange that we only got 1 roll of toilet paper for 12 nights, no soap and the washing machine only washes with cold water. Apart from these, we found everything we needed in the apartment.

Recomendado 100%. El Airbnb impecable, equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia maravillosa. Naima súper atenta a todo, dispuesta a ayudarte. Volvería sin dudarlo. Muy agradecida y feliz.

Le logement de Naima est parfaitement bien équipé et très propre . Le quartier est calme. De la terrasse, nous avons vue sur la Palma … par beau temps uniquement… et si le ciel n’est pas trop chargé, nous pouvons même profiter du coucher de soleil. Naima , bien qu’à distance à été très présente par message , nous indiquant l’essentiel des informations. Très bon séjour à Icod de la Vinos pour nous .
