该房源显然是个新房源，有非常明显且无法散去的刚装修完的气味。这种气味是否会对人有伤害我们并不知道。但令人非常不舒服！这是该房源最严重的问题。其次房源的厕所设计不合理，主卧只可以洗澡没有马桶，一个全功能卫生间和一个单独的马桶只与客厅连接。另外在我们入住的前两天早上，出现了热水甚至不够一个人洗澡洗完的情况，前一天晚上只有一个人洗澡。虽然该情况在第三天和第四天消失。当然除此之外，该房源的优势也很明显，地理位置非常好，装修新，房东回复较快。但综上总体而言，该房源性价比不高，如果四人入住不如去住酒店。

My recent stay in this apartment was absolutely delightful. The location couldn't have been more perfect, with easy access to iconic shopping destinations like Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. Communication was prompt and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing retreat after exploring the bustling streets of Paris. Great Apartment: - perfect located, everything in walking distance. Restaurants, Metro, St. Lazare, etc. - very nice and extremely clean and new furnished/rebuilded apartment. - perfect size for us (2), with 4 it‘s probably little bit tight - very quiet (no noise from street and restaurants! - was very important to us) Great Host: - Answer within a few minutes - easy check-in - early check-in was possible - very friendly and helping for general Paris-information and questions Negative: - 1 bedroom was a little bit dark cause window to a very small backyard with a big aircondition machine outside the widow, which made a little bit noise - We only did open all windows in the morning, because later there was smell from the restaurant kitchen - all windows to backyards (positive and negative: no sight but very quiet) We did like the apartment a lot and recommend it to everybody who is looking for a quiet, very clean apartment in the middle of the city.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely area. Excellent communication with the host! The host offered us free cleaning mid week, we greatly appreciated it.
