Marcello è un host molto professionale, reattivo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. L’appartamento, situato nel cuore di Salerno, è molto grande e spazioso. Ci ritorneremo presto!

Marcello's place is in a great location. About a 8 minute walk to the train station and about a 10 minute walk to the ferries. There are plenty of good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The view was great. There were a few necessities missing like hand soap but we were able to comfortably use the stove.

This could be a top Airbnb. An old palazzo in a smart street, easily walkable to station and ferry terminals. But it needs some serious work to become acceptable. It's probably clean but everything is shabby and at least needs a coat of paint. Italian electricity supply is 3rd world and ours blew at 7.30am while trying to make toast! This stopped the shower and toilet working as they need pumps. The kitchen lacked basics such as bread knife, cutting board, tea towels and cork screw although Marcello did respond quickly to all our needs.

Pretty good location at only 10 mins from the station. Not too loud at night. The bedroom is humungous. I was shocked at how big it was! Only thing is the shower is a little small/shower doors were a little faulty but I managed and I’m 178cm. The bedroom more than made up for it. Also so close to all the main sights in the city!
