Ishaan and his team were very responsive The location was quite a bit in the interiors with some narrow roads leading to the property. A travel not for the faint of heart and better accessed on two wheels. We rolled in three cars. But the caretaker Kartik was very accommodating and immediately made place for us. The villa we stayed in was rendezvous and was perfectly sized for our party bunch of 12. The rooms were well appointed. But the beds would definitely be a struggle for anyone above 6 feet. The pool was good sized and we made best use of the amenities provided. Overall the stay was quite peaceful. Kartik went out of his way to make us at home. Until next time !!

We had a lovely stay at this property. Hands down the best airbnb that we've stayed in Goa! 
The cozy villa felt like a home away from home, super clean and tidy, with its charming decor and welcoming atmosphere. The villa has all the amenities and the hosts - Ishaan & Shiva are super responsive, and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen and a private space to unwind made our trip even more enjoyable. Also the pool was very well maintained and super clean. Can't recommend this place enough. The villa is exactly how it looks in the photos- Beautiful!

The place was absolutely gorgeous - A large pool, spacious rooms, and the cutest sit-out areas. But what stole the show was the warm hospitality from the super-friendly hosts, Ishaan and Shiva. You both treated us like family and made sure we had an unforgettable time! Highly recommend this gem if you're headed to North Goa. ✨😍

Our time at this villa was wonderful! The villa is cute, neat and cosy. Close to all the fun places yet peaceful! The hosts are super nice, giving us great trips and making sure we have everything we needed🥰 Already looking forward to our next visit 💜
