What a wonderful, pleasant surprise! This property was coming just on the Airbnb market, if I understood correctly, and the timing worked great for us. Our fam has stayed in the NYC area nearly a dozen times over the last four years, and this was by far the most SPACIOUS, comfortable, and nicely appointed Airbnb we’ve stayed in. 4BR/2.5 bathrooms is a rare find!! Modern fixtures and decor, super-comfy mattresses, paid parking available on site (tho mainly for smaller cars, not a great fit for larger ones). An easy 10-12 min. walk to the Halsey Street station for the L train, as well as to a dessert shop, a cool, coffee,l shop, and other dining options. It was a fantastic bargain for us! Host was super responsive as well!
