Easy and secure access to the building and the room. All equipment you need to stay in the room is provided well. Comfortable beds. There was no TV but we didn't mind. Good in value. Just one thing that I was disappointed is Saki often didn't response to my messages so I had to send her message again 3-4 days after the original message.

the place is too small for 4 people. we have to force ourself to fit into the room plus our luggage. there was barely any place left to walk. there were no place to put our luggage. poor hygiene. dust and dirt everywhere. even the bed sheets were old, somewhat mouldy making us itchy everytime we sleep. the towel also smells bad. there were no place to brush our teeth. she provide us with a kitchen but there was no utensils at all. not even a single spoon or fork.
