MariaVittoria and Stefano’s place it’s beautiful and very calm. It’s perfect for taking a break from the noise of the city. The beautiful surroundings and the excellent pool are a superb combination for relaxing and enjoying the peace of mind. It is worth mentioning that it’s not accessible by public transport, so you need a car to get there. There are several wine tasting places, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, all in like 20 to 30 mins driving. We recommend this place and would stay again in the future :)

This is a beautiful place among the old medieval village. We read a lot of reviews complaining about it being remote, those people clearly don’t know how to research and understand what they are getting. It is a little remote but that’s what makes it so magical and the drives to local towns are beautiful and easy. Stefano’s restaurant recommendations were incredible. Three nights is the perfect stay.

Charmant borgo, très calme mais très isolé. On ne pas tout avoir. Attention pas de machine à laver le linge, ce qui peut être compliqué avec des enfants… très jolis villages et très bons restaurants mais prévoyez minimum 1h de voiture pour tout déplacement, courses, dîner, visites. Très jolies balades à pied depuis le borgo. La boutique proposant produits locaux était malheureusement fermée.

Be careful, it’s in the middle of nowhere! You need 30 min by car to join the first town with a supermarket! That’s a little bit disappointing when you arrive whith no groceries in your truck… However, the place is nice and the little village is very cute. The apartment is decorated in a « tuscany style » so it appears authentic as well as a little bit old-fashion ! There is no AC so it might be hot upstairs during summer nights. The fridge is definitely too small for a family, considering notably the location of the apartment which is 30 min far away from the 1st city and supermatket. We had problems with water but Stefano, the manager of the place, reacted promptly. Beds are really confortable and you have many place to store your stuff and luggage. The swimming pool is big but you have not enough place to put your chairs and beds around it. It’s in the middle of forest so you have no panoramic view of the coutry side but a lot of mosquitos ! Otherwise our stay was okay.

Stafanos house is lovely furnished and very clean. It’s a place to relaxe and find peace. It was exactly what we needed after a very turbulent previous trip. Our kids stayed in the qiute nice pool every day. We had a very nice stay. Thank you!
