very slow w/ responses, tried contacting before check-in due to an unforeseen circumstance and took multiple hours to respond. had a few situations where she could have communicated w/ us and kept us updated but failed to do that. also no broom, cleaning supplies or even basic seasoning were in the house, she told us we could go purchase one and be reimbursed b/c no one was available to bring one to the airbnb, then asked if we left the broom there for them to keep. that’s not something we should even have to do because it should’ve been provided.

Agoge was quick to respond. Accommodated our every request. The instructions to check-in were seamless. Beautiful home. Will definitely stay again!
