This host made it possible for my family and I to have a wonderful holiday. Her communication was very good and her family member was at hand and very responsive whilst we stayed at the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend this host to others.

Just spent 15 nights here. As described, basic but everything you need, beds super comfy. View is fab from the little terrace, grounds lovely, bar, pool area is great too. Store bay beach a few minutes walk was perfect except for the bar that played their music so loud from lunch time it was hard to relax. We paid 100tt for 2 beds & umbrella, Lynx looked after us and put our beds out every morning. We got taxi’s out most nights to recommended restaurants, you could eat not far but mainly fast food, best ones were *Fishpot *Seahorse *Brown cow (NB: taxi prices in folder are out of date) supermarkets were very reasonably priced, to eat out prices good too. The only things that spoilt it for us was being pestered by people trying to sell you trips, the noise from the SB beach bar some nights & other guests who didn’t respect the “quiet” policy but that is not controllable. We did an island tour with Wayne Kennedy (Island tours) which was excellent. Would recommend a stay here.

Alles perfekt, die Lage und die tolle Aussicht auf Pigeon Point waren super. Das Restaurant mit der Poolbar ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Joia was extremely helpful with helping me organize my time and knowing what would be around. her communication is on point and extremely friendly. the room is beautiful with an amazing view. if there was anything, is what very easy to communicate with her. I will definitely be coming back to stay at Joia place. thank you!!!
