The good: Private neighbourhood, there was no through traffic. Plenty of plates. Plenty of room for family and friends. Being right off the lake, this is a superbe location. Parking lot is big enough for 3 vehicles. Beds were clean. The bad: There is water stains on the ceiling (roof was peeling off during our windy stay). Then, all bathroom sinks were clogged and could barely drain. Shower and bathtub caulking is cracked and there was hair from previous tenants all over the bathrooms. Spider webs all over the place with dead bugs. On the outside, we tried using the BBQ and found a rat’s nest that was well established. Also tried to use the hot tub, but there was a yellow slime on the surface and we decided not to use it. Dirty can with cigarette buts left. Cleaning fees are high. Surprise $100 penalty for leaving plates out or not bringing garbage bags to the community bins. Operator asked for 5 start review in exchange of a good review. Owner needs to make some investments.
