The apartment was as described and was a lovely location with a lovely rooftop pool and gym with great views of the city . Every amenity was in tact and it was a great stay in Colombo. Highly recommend this apartment for your next stay in Colombo.

Indika is a great host and was always very responsive. We requested him for an early check in which he promptly accommodated. The apartment’s location is amazing and has everything that you will need. Would definitely recommend staying at his place whenever you are in Colombo.

Super location within a stones throw of the city centre and yet easy to commute to the suburbs of Colombo. The host Indika was extremely helpful and hospitable and provided very clear instructions. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and in addition had a water filter and every conceivable cleaning liquid so there was nothing much for me to purchase during my stay. Had a very nice view of Lotus Tower which has a light show every night. The place was definitely worth the price I paid which is a fraction of what a decent hotel room would cost. Went on business (single occupant) so can certainly recommend for business travellers.
