Desiree was easy and quick to communicate with. The Cozy Corner house is older but nice with everything we needed. Location was absolutely wonderful, being close to the Surf District and downtown. Check-in/out was easy. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for a great stay!

The house while older was clean and plenty of room. It had a good feel to it and was a great price for our stay. Desiree leaves clear instructions about check in/out. The house was in a quiet area and sometimes you hear a train but upstairs while sleeping I didn't. The area isn't far from shops maybe 8 to 10 mins from say Walmart or main places. Iowa didn't have much but it was pretty farm area. I was relaxed in her house and recommend it.
