This is a great place to stay if you are here for a climbing trip! No clutter or useless furniture in the house, and a perfect, central location to all of the climbs! All instructions and expectations were very clear, and everything went smoothly without any hiccups or stress.

Great place to stay for our Red Rock trip. We had two small children and appreciated how clutter free the space was, including the backyard. The neighborhood is a bit of a maze, but felt safe and there was a nice playground about half a mile away. The space was clean and we liked the no shoe policy. There was an issue with the new fridge, so all our food froze, but we don't fault this as they were not aware of the issue and will replace it for future guests. The space decor feels a bit dated overall, but matches photos, so we knew what to inspect and that's not as important to us. We do wish the kitchen was slightly better stocked since we like to cook all our meals, but "the basics" were there, and we were able to make due. Overall a clean, good place to stay, and would stay again.
