great place no issues
My family of four very much our stay at Evan’s place. The property was beautiful and full of charm. Evan was extremely accommodating and responsive. Location is easily walkable to multiple eateries, our favs were Buckeye Donuts and Lupitas!

This place was so awesome that I had to book twice . Everything was fresh and new also up-to-date . I forgot my basic items rushing and the air bnb saved me a trip to the store because it had everything I needed from soap to Shampoo & a hair blow dryer . Very quiet neighborhood and relaxed . Safety patrol is close by . I just did not want to leave . The host was very helpful and quick to respond .
Definitely amazing setup and decorations. Very spacious. I love it. Definitely will book again
