This rental in Ayrsley was a decent stay. Its proximity to uptown Charlotte and the variety of activities available within Ayrsley were convenient and fun. However, the noise level at night was quite loud until about 1 AM, which may be a concern for light sleepers. Additionally, the key fob situation could be challenging for groups with more than one adult doing separate activities, as there was only one key fob provided for entry and exit from the building. Despite these minor inconveniences, I had a good experience overall. The price of the rental was a bit high compared to other Airbnb accommodations in the area. If the noise level and key fob accessibility were improved (with like noise, reducing blackout curtains, and a second key fob), it would have been an even better stay.

Loved Antonio’s place. Super cozy and feels just like home. Beautifully decorated and super secure as it’s a building with key fob entry. Quiet neighborhoods besides being in the middle of arysley where they have events regularly, but noise was never an issue. Just be aware of key pick up as it’s not listed in the actual Airbnb listing. You must pick up the key and fob from a separate location to enter the property. Overall wonderful stay and would stay again! Thanks for having us Antonio.
