The place was exactly as advertised. Right in the middle of the arts district with secure parking. Walkable to restaurants and businesses. The place was clean and functional. The host responded quickly and walked me through rhe process as an air bnb newbie. I highly recommend this host.
Good place to stay for a week. Kitchen was equipped enough to get by. Parking entrance was hard to find but easy after the learning curve. Could use a second kitchen towel. Some basic spices and sugar would be cool. The bed should be made with a top sheet. The sofa should have a bottom and top sheet. A throw blanket would be nice. It was great to have enought toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, laundry and dish soaps. Thank you.
The place was very clean when we arrived. Location is great. Only one parking sticker was provided despite having a tandem parking space. During our entire stay we didn’t have access to WiFi which meant we had no access to streaming services on the TV as well. Check out was a bit difficult because the FOB is suppose to stay in the room however, you can’t access the elevator without the FOB.

Walking: The Arts District in DTLA is very pedestrian-friendly, with wide sidewalks and plenty of crosswalks. Walking allows you to explore the area at your own pace and discover its many galleries, shops, and restaurants.
Biking: Biking is another popular way to get around the Arts District. You can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing stations in the area or bring your own bike. The Arts District has bike lanes on many of its streets, making it safe and convenient for cyclists.
Public Transit: The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) operates several bus lines that serve the Arts District, including the DASH Downtown D bus. Additionally, the Metro Gold Line has a station at Little Tokyo/Arts District, providing easy access to the area via light rail.
