The space is also super close to UT, Mueller, and Downtown. If you want to stay at the complex for the day, get some sun and cool off at the beautiful apartment pool. This 2 bedroom condo has an absolutely perfect location! It's right on Manor Rd, which means you're super close to everything. The condo fits 6 people comfortably with 2 in the king bed, 2 in the queen bed, and 2 on the comfy sleeper sofa. This space also has a washer and dryer for you to use during your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with cook ware, dishes, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and utensils. We also have 2 large courtyards that are great for relaxing outdoors. There are outdoor grills, plenty of outdoor seating! This rental comes with one free parking space. Work from home or keep the family entertained with high speed wifi and our large smart TV in the living room. Very comfy and the location it's the best for all downtown activity's
Location was fantastic! So much to do nearby and easy to get around town. Easy check in, accommodating and very responsive host. There was a noticeable musty odor which may have had to do with plumbing which I addressed so hopefully it will be fixed for the next guests. I loved the option for early/ late check out and tipping of cleaners ahead of time. thank you
Fácil de llegar, atención inmediata, es un lugar pequeño y limpio excelente para 3 o 4 personas. Muchos lugares cerca para comer y a unos minutos de UT y otros lugares turísticos e interesantes
O que mais frustrou foi que as fotos não condizem ao local, especialmente porque os móveis não são nada parecido com as fotos. O apartamento é bem antigo e não era possível usar o secador de cabelo que a energia da casa inteira desligava. Num geral achei o preço muito alto pelo que o apartamento ofereceu. O anfitrião não deixou de responder em momento algum e deu todo suporte. Mas a estrutura do imóvel não é das melhores.
When we entered the apartment there was a foul smell - like cat urine. It was not until our second night that I went into the kitchen to get some water that I noticed the smell was extra strong. We were not using the kitchen at all. When I looked around I noticed that one of the stove burners was turned slightly on and emitting gas. I turned it off and the smell went away.
