This modern loft-like space is within walking distance to local breweries, restaurants and coffee shops in one of the most “up and coming,” areas in Charlotte. We have an EV Charging Station on site! This modern loft space has all the amenities you’ll need for your stay in the Queen City! Tucked away off the main road, we aim to create a cozy environment for you to relax and unwind. As you drive down the driveway, you are greeted with a colorful custom mural created by a local Charlotte-based mural artist. Take a photo in front of it and tag us and yourself! When you walk through our signature Green Apple front door you are greeted with a modern kitchen stocked with a Krueg coffee machine (pods, sweeteners, creamers and to-go cups available). We also have water bottles stocked in the fridge and ice available in the freezer. There are pots and pans, and all your basic utensils and appliances stocked should you need to whip up a quick meal during your stay! Our upstairs living area has high ceilings with two sets of windows that provide tons of natural light into the space. The living room sofa folds out into a full size bed to add extra sleeping space with additional sheets, blankets and pillows underneath the chase. Other amenities include a 75 inch TV screen, stackable washer and dryer unit, and a huge ceiling fan to keep you cool and comfortable. Both our master ensuite bedrooms are located upstairs as well, each fitted with King size beds, full length mirrors, dresser drawers, closet space, flat screen TV’s, and a well appointed bathroom. We have a fire pit too, which can be enjoyed at night. Oh, and don’t forget the treehouse patio space with comfy egg chairs and an outdoor TV screen for an “under the stars movie night! EV Charging Station We have a AIMILER Level 2 EV charger (32Amp, 110V-240V, NEMA 14-50 Plug) available for use in the back parking area. It fits all EV cars with J1772 TYPE 1 connector (adaptor needed for Tesla).
