Very central location with 800m walk to Ocean Beach, 1.2km to Ettalong waterfront and cafes, 600m to Ocean Beach Hotel and West Street (Main street of Umina which has everything you need such as Woolworths, chemists, post office and cafes/restaurants) Main bedroom has built ins with a queen size bed and second bedroom has a trundle bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. Would suit a family of 5 or 5 adults. Laundry has both washer and a dryer for you to use whenever you need, it will also come with washing powder and clothes line out the back. There is a split system aircon in the lounge room and ceiling fans in all rooms. Streaming services such as Netflix, Stan, Prime and Disney available for your viewing.
