With full kitchen, Washing and dryer combination machine. Free Wi-Fi. Close to Braemar Reserve Playground. Entering into the property through the front door you will have access to the Master bedroom and ensuite bathroom and separate toilet. Heading up the first flight of stairs to the open-plan living/kitchen/dining area is situated, offering a spacious and inviting atmosphere with balcony. On the top floors, you'll find your private retreat, consisting of 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom.

Brand new house. Amazing and very responsive staff. Highly recommend.
We stayed at the place for 3 nights with 3 children. The place is spacious and clean with a modern design. The hosts team is responsive and friendly and helped us with a couple of minor issues quickly. The location is a bit far from downtown Auckland but near the train station. Parking on the street was not a problem, we always found parking near by.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Split between three levels. Plenty of bathrooms, the amenities were much appreciated as well. Close enough to the CBD. The hosts were great with their communication and made our stay seamless. Thanks again.

Staying at Carebnb's place was great, everything was as shown and described. They were responsive to questions and it was a nice place to stopover before our flight the next afternoon.
