I was left feeling upset after leaving this house. It was not what I am used to from Airbnb's usual quality. We were left no household instructions / info, and so I had to contact Rory, as on arrival 50% of lights didn't turn on. He did not reply until the next morning, and then asked for proof which I sent him. By then I had found I had no curtains in 1 bedroom (no privacy from overlooking neighbours) - he said he liked waking to sunrise, and followed up by a suggestion we just leave and were being unreasonable! Unfortunately this wasn't a possibility, as we had come to be available for a family issue. I had 2 showers in a pitchblack room (no window) before an electrician came. There was vet prescribed medication in a kitchen drawer, and a needle waste bin in the unlocked shed (I was looking for a hose for the dog). Safety alert! The actual property is lovely but needs TLC. It is directly under the airport flightpath, so expect noise. Airbnb helped me get a part refund.

Rory's house was perfect for me to stay a few days while visiting relatives. It was great, clean, tidy, spacious and attractive. No complaints except I couldn't find any tea towels!

The bed was comfortable. However, it was cold when we arrived, if the heating was on prior to our arrival will be great.
