Situated next to the Trigoniou tower, overlooking the eastern walls and Thessaloniki, you will discover this wonderful renovated apartment. The apartment's location is in an area which is classified as a tourist and cultural attraction. Located in the most central part of the Old City surrounded by castle walls you will have many options to discover such as restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and the museum of Gendi Kule. The 35 sq.m. apartment is located on the 1st and last floor with wonderful panoramic views. Due the slope of the ground it feels like you are on the 2nd floor. The building is Built in 2004 and renovated in 2024, situated in a very safe, quiet and picturesque neighborhood. Consists of 1 bedroom with a bed size 200x140 cm., a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed that unfolds into a double bed 200x140 cm. A washing machine is available as well. Great place with wonderful flexibility throughout the trip. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment especially considering it's location in the old town. The view is the cherry on top, we will definitely book again if we visit Thessaloniki. If there is one thing to improve maybe is to add a door or a curtain to the shower to block water getting out to other parts of the bathroom.

πανέμορφο διαμέρισμα στην πιο όμορφη μεριά της πόλης με θέα τα τείχη από τα κάστρα και όλη την ανατολική Θεσσαλονίκη, κοντά στο κέντρο με πολλές επιλογές σε καφέ και εστιατόρια. Φοβεροί οικοδεσπότες βοηθητικη και εξυπηρέτηκη άμεσα. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το διαμέρισμα
Andreas ist ein super Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist toll. Besonders der Blick vom Balkon auf die umliegende Stadt und das Meer. Andreas war immer erreichbar und hat für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Thessaloniki gesorgt. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden sie bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Thessaloniki wieder buchen.

The apartment location is only 30m. away from the old Byzantine City towers. You can walk down through the old City or having on your way the Byzantine city walls on the side.!
