It's just a 7 minute walk to Footscray station and then 8 minutes train ride to Southern Cross. A secure, allocated car parking is included. The small apartment block is situated just meters away from the superbly redeveloped river frontage and local bars and restaurants, with the diverse attractions of Footscray a leisurely walk away.

My friend and I have been exploring Melbourne for a few months now, and this was definitely our favourite home that we’ve stayed in. Clean, spacious, well-stocked, and in a beautiful area, we found it extremely affordable compared to similar places on this site. Duncan was a fantastic host, and we would 100% book here again.

The property is located just seconds from the Maribyrnong River frontage, with a lovely walk to the north. It's also next door to the Footscray Community Arts Centre and it's Myrtle Cafe.
Over the road are Lickety Split, Slice Girls West and Back Alley Sally's bars and eateries along with our local store Harry and Larry's General Store. There's also a good fish and chip shop just around the corner, Conways.
Footscray train station is just around the corner and the eclectic town centre itself is an easy walk.
We have a secure parking spot within the building.
