Sumit and his grandfather are amazing hosts. Firstly, Sumit helped us to reach their place by advising us beforehand to use an alternate route. This helped us to reach the place easily. We were given a warm welcome by Sumit, his grandfather and his team. The place is surrounded by a jungle. This makes the location very peaceful. If you are looking for a break from your busy life, this is the perfect getaway. We stayed for just a day. Even then, Sumit made it memorable by taking us on a short trip to the nearby Pong Dam and Wildlife Sanctuary to watch the beautiful sunset. He also explained to us the history of the place in detail. When we returned, dinner was prepared. Food was tasty as it was prepared using home grown vegetables. We had dinner in the front porch under the night sky. We were also treated to a wonderful conversation by Sumit's grandfather which was another memorable experience. Sumit has tried to maintain the originality of the place while also keeping in mind, the practicality needed to accomodate guests. A jungle retreat like this is so many more times better than an urban 5 star hotel. They are honest, simple and hard working people who try their best to make the guests comfortable. The place is also close to the Masroor rock cut temples. All in all, I would highly recommend this place without doubt.

Radballi is a great place for those looking to disconnect and unwind surrounded by nature. The facilities are basic, but just enough for city dwellers to get a rustic feel while being comfortable at the same time. Sumit, Dadaji and Gyanji are great hosts - I wish I could spend more time speaking to Dadaji listening to tales and history of about the place, the surrounding area - Kangra and Himachal. Sumit was gracious to be around to ensure our comfort even though he had some family emergency while we were there. Caution for those visiting during summers is that it may get a little hot, so please be prepared. We enjoyed our time and had an awesome stay at Radballi.

A place to unwind in the lap of greenery, twittering of birds, and occasional calls of the barking deer. The host, Sumit is a noble and generous soul, who goes out of the way to make you feel at home. I will come back for more, very soon!

I’ve been to over 50 Airbnb’s so far and this has definitely been one my best experiences so far. Sumit and his grandfather are outstanding hosts. Very pleasant and interesting to talk with and were very kind and helpful in anything that I needed. The place is beautiful and isolated in the nature. I will definitely come back again. Just book it now and you’ll thank me later:)

A home away from home situated in the laps of nature. An amazing and joyous host with a young and helpful grandpa offering the best of food and company to make the trip unforgettable. One can go for an adventurous trek amidst the dawn chorus to enjoy the best of the nature and place. Not to miss the art on walls and an amazing collection of books in the library. Hosts are adjusting and helping. A must visit place for nature loving and adventure seeking persons. Hope to visit again soon during the peak season
