This was a very comfortable place for my son and myself. We enjoyed staying here. We wished there were more restaurants in the area.

I was skeptical when I saw the pictures but what we saw is what we got. The place looked freshly renovated and gave us the impression we were the first to stay there. Great big TV with lots of free stuff to watch. Awesome coffee maker and hotel-like bathrooms. Very convenient washer/dryer set-up and comfy furniture that looked new. The patio was a great place to chill with a nice backyard. The squirrel was hilarious and we saw doves and orioles in the trees. Met the neighbour and she was super nice. Can't say enough good things about the neighbourhood. Zero safety concerns. The location is ideal for trips to downtown or the action on S. Congress. Beds were really good and the linens nice quality. The AC was quiet and the fans kept the place a nice even temp. Push button door lock was great. No keys to lose. Rodrigo was a great host. We asked for BBQ charcoal and it was delivered in the blink of an eye. He's an experienced AB&B'r... book with confidence. Would stay again!
