Set in beautiful gardens in the forested hills of Mulshi, this is your perfect escape from the stress of the city. There are breath-taking views across the valley to Tikona Fort, and mountain and forest walks from your doorstep. Our resident staff will look after you and serve you with local delicacies. A wonderful place to unwind with friends and family. You will be staying in a characterful home. Our villa is built in traditional red laterite stone from the Konkan region of Maharashtra, with terracotta tiled roofs, a tower room and wonderful terraces with breathtaking views across the valley to the front and the mountain to the rear, with spectacular waterfalls in the monsoon. Inside you’ll find every comfort.The focus is the grand hall with its lofty ceiling and spacious proportions, providing a perfect space for family gatherings.

Peaceful, and has a lot of collectables to look at from different places. The Main Hall is Maintained well. Cons : There are 3 rooms at the base level in which 2 rooms are very small and have ceiling fans and 1 ceiling fan was not working a standalone fan was installed on the Floor which was not effective at all. 3rd room has a tiny standalone rotating fan which is not sufficient for the big room. Tv in the 3rd room was not recharged Room on the first floor does not have a washroom, if you sleep on the first floor you will have to come down to use the washroom. The house gets really hot in the afternoon, needs either a cooler or ac or other measure to keep it cool. Care takers just walks in without knocking or asking the guest if they can come to clean or anything else The pics on Airbnb might have been edited to look pretty. Rooms look dated, overall a Dated property and needs tons of maintenance definitely Not worth 5 K per night.
