This brand new one bedroom apartment is perfect for those who are looking for quality holiday home in one of the best holiday residencies in Marrakech- Domaine de Noria Golf which is perfectly located within 10-12 minute drive from main tourist interest points as Airport, New city and old Medina. Apartment is located on the first floor of the building and consists of bedroom with queen bed and make-up table, bathroom, open plan living room with dining table and sofa-bed which can convert to a double bed, and balcony. Smart TV with Netflix, Shahid and IPTV world channels, fiber optic internet, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, washing machine, fridge/freezer and many more useful amenities. Little ones are welcome - we can arrange a baby bed upon request.

This apartment is perfect if you want to be slightly out of the business of the city- the pool is amazing and very relaxing. The apartment was clean and just as the pictures shown. Egle was very helpful giving us recommendations and sorting out our airport transfer, thank you. The complex is currently developing so there are lots of building works going on but this didn’t bother us too much. There is a restaurant and cafe on site, the staff were very polite and friendly. Some water on arrival after long travels would be a nice touch in future. Thanks for a lovely stay, we would love to come back!

Residency is located within 10 minute drive from the Airport and 12 minute drive to New City ( Gueliz and Hivernage) and Medina ( Jamaa el Fna square).
Residency offers few super size swimming pools with sun-beds, surrounded by lush gardens where you can enjoy your walks. There is a children play ground on site as well as foot court, drink store, Italian restaurant ( Aglio e Olio) and MFF (Marrakech fine Food) with best coffee and patisserie in town.
