We've been renting on Vrbo for the last 15 years and just recently added Airbnb too, so that will explain the small amount of reviews so far! Step out of your busy world and into instant relaxation. Sit on the porch and enjoy the rocking chairs that overlook the river. Allow the sounds of the river and the cool, mountain air to refresh and rejuvenate your spirit. *Comfortably sleeps 5 people. *High speed fiber optic internet *Smart TV in the living room and in the upstairs bedroom *Two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms + upstairs foyer with twin bed. *Beautiful porch with rocking chairs overlooking Rocky Broad River. *Fish for trout! Staircase to the river is just off of the driveway. *Fully furnished and well equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, sitting area. *Gas log fireplace and space to create a fire ring on the sunning rock which is located off the staircase toward the end of the driveway. *Portable outdoor fire pit. *Charcoal grill only. Guests supply their own charcoal *Air conditioned with king size bed, full and twin. *Well-behaved pets are welcome! *Swimming and fishing area and sunning rock!

Absolutely loved our stay here! We were in town for a job.....this was the perfect place to stay after long days at work. We were able to cook outside on the grill, caught some trout in the river, played in the river and just relaxed. Everything was clean and easy to find. Should have asked about parking arrangements bc we had a trailer with us but with a little patience and effort we were able to park with the trailer.
We had a delightful weekend stay with our dog and two kids. Everyone loved playing in the creek and we enjoyed evenings going downtown to black mountain.
Beautiful peaceful setting on the Broad River. Nice cabin in the mountains. Our only negatives was with parking. The driveway is a bit challenging. We were in a Pacifica mini-van. The van would bottom-out negotiating the turn at the top of the driveway. An SUV or pickup truck with higher clearance can likely handle the driveway better. If you park in the driveway you enter through the basement and will need to carry luggage, coolers, supplies up a flight of stairs to the main level. If you park at the road level space, you have to walk along the road for about 25-30 yards to the cabin.
Absolutely incredible place on the creek. Would 100% come back !!!
Really enjoyed our stay very quiet and peaceful.
