Located in the town of Vilassar de Dalt, a charming village in the Maresme 20 kilometres from Barcelona, a great place to enjoy the Mediterranean climate, local cuisine, and the natural surroundings. This 19th-century house with a swimming pool has been beautifully restored. Beautifully restored 19th-century house in the heart of the main village square where all the local activity is! ` However, once you are inside the property the only noise you will hear are birds singing and the occasional toll of the old church bell, the church dates back to the XVI century! The house has been restored with great care to create two unique spaces. However, we have maintained the bedroom upstairs in its original state as it dates back to the 17th century. The large ground floor area has a double bed measuring 180-200 centimetres and a sofa bed measuring 160x200. Ceiling fans are available in this area. The first floor has a spacious open-plan living area and kitchen with a view of the pool area. This room has air conditioning. You can access the second double bedroom from this area through a short outside passageway. The bedroom has a double bed and a pedestal fan. The laundry and bathroom are located between the ground floor and the first floor. You can also access the pool area from the bathroom. The large pool area is very private and peaceful. It has a table, chairs, and a BBQ. All windows have double glazing, and all rooms have central heating. The lounge/kitchen area has air conditioning, the ground-floor bedroom has ceiling fans, and the upstairs bedroom has a pedestal fan. Please note that the house has multiple levels with stairs.
