It's a great building, fantastic location, helpful amenities and the apartment itself has a stunning view. It served my purposes well enough, and I would stay here again despite the minor quality of life issues. If some fixes were made, this would easily be 5 out 5.
Good apartment to stay in Melbourne
Great location! Close to station and lots of restaurants and things to do. Needed to reschedule dates which took 5 days to change (owners hadn’t got back to Atticus so couldn’t allow it then was told no and after atticus explained I was within the 48 hours it was finally accepted) Wanted to use the spare pillows but there was no spare linen for the pillows or duvet (luckily wasn’t cold) was only a top sheet for mattress so would bundle up each night No hand towels in bathroom Had some struggles with WiFi and took about 12 hours to get back to us but we had been able to work it out Super clean and fresh feeling with beautiful views
Pros: Great location and quiet surroundings. Good communication with hosts. To be desired: the kitchen wasn’t fully stocked as mentioned in the description i.e. cleaning supplies. Additionally, although attempted to be remediated, the Wi-Fi was lacking. There were some crumbs in the pull-out couch. They gym was not accessible at reasonable hours. I would however recommend this place as a short stay while in Melbourne. Thank you!
Communication was difficult in the beginning. We requested a travel cot that we didn't get until the second night, this was then offered at a discounted price (very grateful). Great location! We felt very safe and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Opposite Southern Cross Station and Spencer’s Outlet, this stay is incredibly accessible to everything in Melbourne CBD. Tram 86 is opposite of the property, and 30 is near the property. SIXT and Avis car rental offices are 100 metres away near the Spencers Outlet centre. The property is ride-share electric scooter and Uber/Didi-friendly, and most retail and dining options are accessible either by foot or by foot and public transport. The SkyBus leaves from its Southern Cross terminal every 20 minutes to ferry passengers to Melbourne airport.
