Had a fantastic stay with John. Very welcoming and ready to provide any help and local tips that you could want. The location is fantastic, close to the town centre and park, yet quiet. The room was as described with a very comfortable bed and an ensuite bathroom. Thanks for having me!

This was a great place for my one night stay for a school reunion. The parking space was a bonus and being able to walk into town was great. John was a very friendly and considerate host and encouraged me to make myself feel at home. Comfy bed and a nice warm shower.

Just back from a wonderful overnight stay in Leaminton. John was extremely helpful and charming and the room was very comfortable and in a beautiful house in a very convenient location. All in all a perfect stay. Thank you John.
