Nestled under the sycamores in the heart of iconic Land Park, this beautifully remodeled home awaits you! You are welcomed by new tile and original glossy white oak floors. The 4 bedroom, 3 bath house has a modern kitchen perfect for cooking and hosting. The home includes an attached ADU with a separate entrance. Outside you will find two gorgeous orange trees and a large, enclosed yard for family gatherings, and peaceful mornings.

This home was just what we needed during an unplanned out of town stay during my husband’s hospitalization at UC Davis. It was clean, comfortable, and most importantly in the BEST area of Sacramento- just blocks from Land Park & the Zoo. The home is decorated beautifully but she was flexible with helping me move breakable items out of reach of my 4 little kiddos. We stayed an entire month & had no problems at all. The yards are fully fenced which was a major plus. There is a separate living quarters with its own entrance which was so nice. We had plenty of space & really felt at peace in this home. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

The park also has a golf course, a fishing pond, a jogging path, and barbecue areas. A few craft breweries and taphouses dot the area, as well as burger joints, brunch spots, and ice cream parlors.
