Pet Friendly! In fond memory of our two Great Pyrenees we are now open to accepting a maximum of two pets. Fully fenced and gated 1 acre property for your travelling companions to enjoy. Enjoy a beautiful 4kms forest hike within walking distance. Your self contained fully furnished semi ground level one bedroom suite is waiting for you. This is country living yet close to amenities. Plenty of parking, we can even accommodate your big rig, 5th wheel or travel trailer. Our property is located aproximately 12 kms from the town of Ladysmith, and 6 kms to Highway 1 access for north and southbound travel. There is a lovely small beach with beautiful views (Elliot Beach) only 3 kms away. Perfect for kayaking or just relaxing.

Val and Paul are so friendly and accommodating. The location is beautiful and our dog Charlie loved the fenced in yard. We all felt like we were at home.

Great place very quite and peaceful nice bbq area to enjoy a glass of wine especially once the grape vines stat growing again with beautiful sunsets. a short drive out of Ladysmith but well wroth it
Our stay was great at Valerie’s place! It was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend together. Her pups Captain and Ruby were the sweetest greeters every time we returned back to the AirBnb, highly recommend this spot!
Val & Paul ensure you feel welcome in their wonderful accommodations. The kitchen was very well supplied with everything you may need during your stay. You also are made to feel welcome by Captain & Ruby. Truly great ambassadors! This is a hidden gem when looking for an exceptional great place to stay.

The neighbourhood is rural, houses are separated by tall trees, there is little to none in the way of traffic making this property extremely quiet. Access to the main highway, which takes you south to Victoria or north to Campbell Rive and beyond, is only 6 kms away. It's a lovely country road with some ocean glimpses along the way.
You will require a vehicle, however, there is a gorgeous 4km hiking trail for you to enjoy within walking distance.
