Cars
Parking: The building's secure car park has one free, on-site spot for one car. Prahran is well-serviced by the major tollways and roads, particularly Dandenong Road and the Monash Fwy (Tollway).
Getting around can be a little slow at peak hours, so avoid arriving or departing around 7-8 am or 4-6 pm. Parking is mainly ticketed and timed in the area.
Walking
Prahran and the surrounding suburbs are extremely walkable and enjoyable to explore on foot. Dining, amenities, and shopping are all within a short walk.
Public transport
Prahran has excellent public transport options to access the city and other suburbs around Melbourne. Prahran train station is on the Sandringham Line.
Prahran train station is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Frequent trains run into the city and some seaside suburbs, including St Kilda, Brighton, and Sandringham.
You can travel a couple of stops from Prahran train station to reach Richmond station, a central hub station where you can get trains to other parts of Melbourne.
Trams run along Chapel Street that take you to St Kilda or in the other direction to Richmond. There is also a Tram that you can catch along High Street, which will take you directly into the city in about 15-20mins.
