Daniel's place was as described and convenient to 146 and the Fred Hartman Bridge. Perfect for work in La Porte, but also an easy drive to Downtown or Kemah. Because of the proximity 146, light sleepers might benefit from some white noise, but the highway isn't visible and the property is large and otherwise peaceful. Daniel was a great, responsive host when we needed him. Checkout was a breeze with the shortest task list I've ever had as a guest.

Had a wonderful stay at this residence with three other guests for about two weeks. Daniel was extremely helpful & responsive throughout our entire stay! He is an extremely thoughtful host & ensured our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The home was stocked with small goodies in the kitchen, towels, & travel essentials in the bathroom— among other things. My friends & I really appreciate the detail & effort Daniel has put into this freshly renovated home! The beds & furniture are wonderful, & the appliances are all fully functional & easy to use. The home is spacious & comfortable— it looks better in person! House isn’t close to the neighbors, so it’s quite peaceful. The location was perfect for my visit, & there is also a nearby park to take walks. Restaurants are not a far drive either. This home is great for smaller & larger groups, but it would be especially suitable for families. I think kids would love the bunk beds and TVs! Thank you for a great stay, Daniel!
