Private (ground level) entrance basement apartment with 2 bedrooms (BR1-Queen; BR2-Queen), 1 bath, kitchen, game room and large outdoor space. No space that is being offered to guest is shared with owner. Centrally located for adventure in the foothills of the Northeast Georgia Mountains. Near mountains, waterfalls, lakes, hikes, wineries, antiquing, Helen, Tallulah Gorge, Hiawassee, Blairsville, Highlands, the list goes on. For the comfort of our guests, this is a no smoking, no pet space.

Our stay was fantastic! We were in town for a wedding weekend. Traveling with our 6-month-old, it was important for us to find accommodations that catered to his needs, and this place exceeded expectations. First, the space provided was perfect for a pack 'n-play, and we were pleased to find plenty of plug-ins available for his sound machine and baby monitor. The cleanliness was impeccable, which put us at ease as we allowed our little one to roam around safely. The curtains were effective in darkening the room, ensuring comfortable sleep for us and our baby. Moreover, the tranquility of the surroundings made for a peaceful atmosphere. The location was ideal, with numerous attractions and amenities just a short distance away. We found plenty to do without having to travel far. Our host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the entertainment like the pool table, ping pong table, and Pac-Mac machine was a hit. Highly recommend! We will gladly return in the future.
