Accessible by boat only with over a quarter mile of shoreline overlooking the gulf of Mexico! The main house is 2800 sf and can accommodate 16 people. There is an additional bungalow on the property that has been completely renovated and sleeps up to 4. Bring your boats and make use of multiple docks & outdoor kitchen for fish cleaning and large grill to cook your catch! Our unique, private, waterfront island lodge is accessible by boat only with over a quarter mile of shoreline overlooking the water! The main house is 2800 sf and is equipped with a large industrial kitchen and seating in the dining room for up to 16 people. There is a large living room and bar area downstairs, perfect for entertaining and lounging. There is also a daybed in the living area for an additional sleeping option for 1-2 people. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms that each sleep 4-5 people with multiple beds in each room. One full bathroom with a tub/shower is shared for all 3 of the upstairs bedrooms. There is also a half bath upstairs and downstairs. While the main lodge sleeps 14, there is an additional bungalow on the property that has been completely renovated and sleeps up to 4. Boasting 1000 sf, the villa has a private bedroom, an open bedroom off the living area, a mini kitchen with sink, microwave and full bathroom and is located above a very large outdoor kitchen on the property. Guests staying at the bungalow must be equipped to walk up and down exterior stairs. The outdoor kitchen features a large grill and tables and benches to accommodate up to 20 people. **IMPORTANT** Water must be preserved when staying here. Like most island homes here, we rely on a gutter system that collects rainwater which is filtered and and treated and is then produced as the water system for the home. If you are used to taking a 20 minute shower at home, you cannot have that luxury at the lodge. If our cisterns runs out of water, water will have to be delivered at the guests expense. It is very feasible for a group of 18+ to not run out of water as long as showers are kept to a minimum of 3-5 minutes per guest and no excessive running of the sink water. We suggest buying gallons of water before coming to the island for you to use for drinking.
