We loved staying at Natia’s place! It is really spacious and comfortable, furniture and all amenities are brand-new, the apartment has everything you might need for your stay. Natia was really helpful and allowed us to check out in the evening, as our flight was quite late! Easy to walk to any sites from the location. Lovely place and host ❤️

The apartment is brand new, spacious, quiet (unless the visitors in Apartment B are noisy in their yard), and in walking distance from down-town Alicante. Natia was very polite and responsive. Being a totally new apartment, some minor issues could be improved. For example, it has to be deeply cleaned to take away all the dust from the floor and the walls, one of the A/C was not working in hot (Natia did come over to check but we were not flexible enough to arrange an appointment with a technician), and some basic supplies could be add. Hopefully, the ones we left will make it easier for next visitors. Overall, an excellent stay!
