Pano’s house made our vacation wonderful! My husband and I stayed 2 weeks for our anniversary & my birthday and felt right at home in the house. Perfect view, great restaurants, quiet and peaceful & clean. Ned, Neno & Islam were so helpful, nice & took such good care of - we miss them already! Until next time!! Dana & Lyle 🥂
Absolutely a jewel of a location, quaint, quiet, private! Ned was amazing, very responsive, and helpful, went out of his way to arrange things! 10/10 recommend!!
This has to be hands down our best vacation! The cave is so so so good! The view and sunset is second to none, you could be relaxing all day or walk to the shops near by, we usually are done with vacation and ready to home but this here we got depressed when it was time to to leave, special thanks to the host Ned for always being available and being so so helpful. Islam helped us with the bags and Tammy the cook was there in morning with fresh breakfast. Definitely a must stay.

请注意，我们位于悬崖上，有几个台阶！
岛上的出行方式有公交车、出租车、租小汽车或全地形汽车。
最近的巴士站步行约10分钟即可抵达。

Hey, I am Panos from Greece,after studying, and working in Athens and other European cities in earlier years,I realized I would rather spend a bigger part of my time and everyday life in a more natural and simple environment,.. and here i am , in this unique island!I decided to carefully renovate a few cave houses in Oia, Santorini, offering my guests exactly what i would expect to be offered in such a location,a beautiful place to stay literally between heaven and sea,respecting traditional lifestyle but yet offering the touch of luxury necessary,isn't it where the essence of holidays in the Mediterranean lies after all??
